Tuition Refund Policy
Refunds are available to students who have withdrawn from the Institute
with following terms & conditions:
The specified fees is due with the application, and is non-refundable,
in order to hold one's spot. Late fees may be applied to late payments.
If one is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded. If approved, a
pro-rated refund will be given based on the time notification is received.
a 100% refund of the total paid less the non-refundable deposit will
be given.. If you cancel up to one month before the training starts
you will receive a full refund minus $200 deposit. After the start of
training no refunds will be given. If, teacher training has not yet
begun and student decides to transfer registration to a different date,
a $50 administrative fee will be charged. (subject to availability)
If a student decides that s/he is unable to complete teacher training,
the student may write an email or letter to the manager with a request
to withdraw from the program. Requests will not be considered until
received in writing.
We understand that emergencies and other life situations do arise. In
case of natural calamity/ disaster rules may be relaxed.
For any extenuating circumstances, a student is advised to contact the
Institute’s Student Affairs Administrator (babaom@gmail.com)at
the earliest explaining the circumstances.
