Covid19 pandemic, originated from Wuhan, China in late 2019 and has devastated the world. Various vaccines and medicines are helping to an extent but still research for 100% effective treatment is going on various fronts world over. Yoga Therapy is one of the effective methods as an alternative therapy for Covid19. This is based on numerous studies and findings and ancient knowledge of wellness and health.

Course outlines:
Sufferer requires selected Yoga Therapy techniques and precautions with higher awareness. Yoga therapy helps in empowering the immune system, psychological health. If a patient is ready to dedicate his valuable time with sincerity, devotion and adopt proper Yoga Therapy then good results are waiting for him. Follow the guided procedure, through a good knowledgeable Yoga therapist for better results.

11. Meditation: Meditation is the best medication. Being Blissful Meditation® technique is highly recommended for powerful Yoga therapy which gives good and effective results. • Be in the meditative state for a minimum of 15 minutes daily for better results and overcoming this challenge.

16. Karma Yoga(Action Yoga): For purification of your actions, perform Karma Yoga (Self-less work or action without expectations) every day for a minimum of 30 minutes. Where you are totally present without attachment or expectations. This will cultivate health, healing, and happiness.
17. Bhakti Yoga(Devotion Yoga): This is a very important aspect to get connected inner energy with universal energy. Bhakt means one who is non-divided or not confused or non-fragmented or single-minded. Bhakti Yoga is a journey towards oneness that brings healing and health
