Course Overview & Structure

This 22-day meditation program will be conducted online with interactive live classes held daily from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). For those unable to attend live, the sessions will be recorded, allowing participants to watch them at their convenience. The recorded classes will be available for some time after course completion, ensuring you can revisit the teachings as needed.
Language of Instruction
The course will be primarily taught in English. Throughout the course, participants will have assignments to complete, encouraging them to apply the techniques learned in each session. Additionally, participants will be encouraged to maintain journals, documenting their personal experiences and reflections.
Course Requirements
To fully benefit from this course, participants are expected to dedicate approximately two hours each day—one hour for the online class and another hour for self-practice, journaling, and reflection. Additionally, finding a quiet and peaceful space for study and practice, free from interruptions, would be beneficial to enhance the learning experience and support your meditation journey. A commitment to daily attendance and discipline in practice are key to making the most of this transformative experience.

Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a globally recognized YACEP certification of Meditation Teacher.
