Life Transforming Experience At Paramanand Asharam

When I arrived home, I suddenly felt this one month in Paramanand Yoga Indore India seemed another whole life, so amazing and I couldn’t stop to cry. I concentrated in the monthly study with my classmates from all over the world, we dedicated ourselves in studying so much true yoga theoretic and practical knowledge. And during this period, we built a deep friendship between the multi-culture family.

We have learned so much knowledge here that all of us couldn’t imagine in our own countries. Our Guruji—Dr. Omanand helped lots of people all over the world, the activities he guide sometimes more than 10 thousands people, and students started from here now are teaching and doing research in more than 40 countries. Other teachers are also professional and also be invited to many countries to teach. We have learned not only asanas, pranayamas, but also phlosiphy, Ayurveda, therocal and practical yoga therapy, and all of us got many devine experience in meditation under Guruji’s guiding. In phlosiphy class we learned Sutra, Gita etc., got the true knowledge of life, and in Ayurveda class, we learned traditional life knowledge such as Doshas etc.. In practical theropy class we got many patients and saw they got so much benefits here.

We do karma yoga here everyday, action without expectation, to help us in the life cycle, resolutions, changes even transformations happened on us. Dec 17th is our spiritual birthday, we got a secret mantra for whole life and a spiritual name. My spiritual name is Maa Puja Anand, Puja means blissful prayer. And on Dec28, our graduation ceremony, we got lot of blesses by our Gurudev Swamiji—who respected by millions people.

Yoga changed my life, helped me to became more healthy physically and mentally. Paramanand Ashram enlighted me, solved lots of confusions in my life, helped me beyond body, senses and mind to get closer to the bliss body. Eeveryone has karmas, we started to do karma yoga in the Ashram, purified ourselves toward the devine supreme consciousness, and we will continue our journey under Swamiji and Guruji’s blesses.

I will go back to Paramanand Ashram to learn more and it is like my warm home.
