Course Structure and Overview
COURSE FLOW
The course covers all 18 chapters of the Bhagavad Gita, each chapter’s title contains ‘Yoga’.
Over 52 weeks, you will explore these chapters through studies, contemplation, and practices.
Each chapter will take 1 to 3 weeks to complete,
depending on its depth and the questions raised by students.
You will join 2-hour live sessions every Saturday.
Also recommended is a self-study and practices of about 15 minutes daily.
