I started my journey as a Yoga Teacher 14 years ago and became so deep that it became my mainstream passion.
I teach, guide and mentor Yoga to potential students who want to become Yoga Teachers or Yoga Therapists or study further.

I completed my C-IYT from Parmanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research, India.

I am a guest faculty at Paramanand institute of Yoga Sciences and Research.

I learned insight of Yoga Therapy from Dr. Omanand Guruji. With my own experience and knowledge received from my Guruji I continue to spread the Light of Yoga and Yoga Therapy to the seekers.
