How to trans the Time?
During the state of Meditation you may be sitting for 50 minutes but you feel like 5~10 minutes. But when you are back in mundane world tension or anxiety or fear or loneliness attacks,10 minutes are like 1 hour.
This happens because of Kaal which has very deep meaning.
- Kaal is a beautiful word in Sanskrit
- Kaal means Time
- Kaal means yesterday
- Kaal means tomorrow
- Kaal means death.
- Kaal is mind.
Time is mind
Drop the mind, you will trans the time. In Ujjain you visited very famous temple: Mahakaal. dedicated to Lord Shiva(the supreme consciousness), who is beyond Kaal Time disappears during Meditation and one experience BLISS, LOVE and ONENESS.
Now scientifically it is proved that one can go beyond TIME. Yoga knew these techniques for long time. We are fortunate who can learn these techniques.
So regularly perform Yoga and Meditation with mantra to win over Kaal.
